Would hypnosis be helpful to alleviate the pain of arthritis in my hips and knees?

I would be more inclined to suggest Reiki, it would be more beneficial in alleviating the pain of arthritis in any joints.  My suggestion would be to utilize Reiki for this purpose.  I would be happy to assist you, in this regard.  Thank you for your excellent question.
